How was Week 2 for me? Did I use all my paper?
Not even close!

While I didn’t use all my paper, I did use lots of strips of pretty papers which had been collecting, and some old copy and notebook paper, some glue sticks. It was a beautiful day, so I headed to my screened porch for some serious stash bashing.
Scroll down to learn more about making these – isn’t this pretty? But, as Billy Mays would have said, “That’s not all!”

And the strips became sheets, and the sheets became cards. The cards will become gifts to a nursing home which will become smiles.

Budget
Except for black and white card stock I need for work on FUNN University and for card bases, I have given myself a $50 – $100 budget from September 1st to December 31st, 2020.
Haven’t used any of my $50 – $100. In the “old days” of last winter, I would have spent that much a month.
My Take Away So Far
Stash: Didn’t make a dent in my supplies
Limiting Purchases: I am loving what I have in my shelves and enjoying them!
Using What I Have: I’ll be giving these cards to a senior home, and I know I will love that moment when I hand off kindness instead of keeping it to myself.
This is FUNN! Thanks for visiting, and I hope you will try some strip cards like these and give them to some friends you don’t know.
Love all of the cards you created with your stash. Nice idea to give to senior home. No doubt they will be blessed.
I’ve been donating to this facility for some time. In the “olden days” I’d get a group together to create a batch for them. They give them to the residents who need some love and for residents to send out. It is sweet, and I love doing it.
You go girl!
I’m going. I’m going. I’m going.
