Yes, I do.
While I made this card, I found myself humming “God Bless America”.
What I did…
Stamped the USA map image from Adventure USA (D1503) on a piece of copy paper. Kept the cutting out step a bit thinner and easier.
Then I created the “patchwork” of papers using For Always Paper Pack which I sponged with Outdoor Denim Ink and Cranberry Ink. I threw in some old B&T paper which is no longer available, too.
Re-stamped the Adventure USA stamp on the patchwork. Then the cutting started – wiggle, wiggle, wiggle.
Happen to have some red thread on my sewing machine, so did some messy stitching..
Matted the USA on Sparkle Paper, added a few Cricut cut stars with Sparkle Paper streamers and Clear Sparkles Assortment, Pixie Glitter Alphabet letters, and Tiny Type Epoxy Letters.
The “film strip” look was achieved by merely hole punching with an ancient hole puncher.
Happy Birthday, USA! I love being one of yours.
May God truly shed His Grace on us, the USA.
