I entered my recipe for my Grandma Bamba’s potato salad in Jeanette Lynton’s blog contest. I didn’t win the free stamp set, but I got something better – a mention of my dear Bamba on a very popular blog!
The first section is my entry. The second is from Jeanette’s blog. Grandma Bamba is right there!
This recipe is in my 9×9 CTMH cookbook on a scrap of paper with my
doodles on it. I remember interviewing my Grandma (“Bamba”) to get
this recipe. The conversation was at least 25 years ago and this
recipe on a scrap of paper reminds me SO much of her.
